Today, I went to the James River and brought some Pi Lo Chun and a portable tea set with me. It was a little windy and chilly, but otherwise beautiful.
A blog about tea. I plan on recording anything about tea. I am most interested in learning more about tea growing regions and processing tea. I am also interested in finding the perfect tea shop and the perfect tea.
